About

Welcome to Hardwire Media

Rocket League has the most exciting esports scene most people aren't watching, and the coverage it gets rarely matches the level of competition on the field. That gap is why Hardwire Media exists.

We're a small, independent outlet built around one idea: treat Rocket League like it actually matters. No rage-bait headlines, no AI slop, no recycled tournament press releases — just honest reporting and analysis from people who watch every game on every region.

What you can expect

Our coverage focuses on four pillars that map directly to what makes the scene worth following:

  • RLCS storylines — narratives across the season, not just match recaps.
  • Community spotlights — third-party tournaments, leagues, and creators.
  • Player & org features — long-form interviews and profiles.
  • Meta & data — what's changing, why, and how it shows up in pro play.

What we won't do

We're not chasing pageviews. We won't post a "Top 10 plays" listicle unless we genuinely think the plays are worth ten paragraphs each. We won't run anonymous source dirt without doing the legwork. And we won't pretend opinion is news.

If we publish an editorial, it'll say "Opinion" right at the top. If we publish news, you'll know how we verified it.

How to support

The best thing you can do right now is share posts you like, tip us on stories we should cover, and tell us what you want more of. Drop us a line via the contact section — it goes straight to our inbox.

Thanks for reading. There's a lot of Rocket League to cover, and we're just getting started.
